These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WILLAI website, assessments, reports, digital downloads, and any related products or services provided by RED ROCKET LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15683899), located at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE ("the Company", "we", "us").

The WILLAI brand, domain, platform, and all associated intellectual property are licensed exclusively to RED ROCKET LTD for the provision of this service.

By accessing or using the WILLAI website or purchasing a WILLAI product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.

1. DEFINITIONS

"WILLAI" – The brand name, platform, assessment systems, reports, intellectual property, and website content licensed to and operated by RED ROCKET LTD.

"Assessment" – The free AI Resilience Assessment, job risk scoring, ARQ calculations, and related interactive tools.

"Digital Product" – Any paid downloadable or instantly-delivered digital item, including the WILLAI "Blueprint Report" or future digital reports.

"Blueprint Report" – The personalised, data-driven operational playbook purchased for a one-time fee.

"User", "you" – Any individual accessing or using the WILLAI platform.

2. ABOUT WILLAI

WILLAI provides informational assessments, AI-generated analysis, job disruption scoring, and personalised insight reports based on:

• Data analysis of 922 occupations
• 57,326 real job tasks
• AI model capability evaluations
• Real-world AI adoption data
• Personal information provided by the user

All assessments, insights, and forecasts provided by WILLAI represent informational analysis only. They do not predict the future, guarantee outcomes, or promise employment, income, security, protection from automation, or career progression.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts under UK law.

4. USE OF SERVICE

You agree not to:

• Use WILLAI for unlawful purposes.
• Misuse, copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
• Share, publish, or distribute your personalised report (see Section 12).
• Provide false information when completing assessments.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES

WILLAI offers digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. When you purchase the Blueprint Report or any digital item, you:

(a) request immediate access to the digital content, and

(b) expressly acknowledge and agree that by receiving the digital content immediately, you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This consent is embedded within these Terms, and purchase of any digital product constitutes full acceptance.

6. REFUNDS

Because WILLAI products are customised digital downloads delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, except in the following limited circumstances:

You may request a refund only if:

• You made a genuine mistake selecting the wrong job/occupation for your assessment, and
• You notify us within 7 days of purchase before generating another report.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Perceived dissatisfaction with the content
• Disagreement with your ARQ score or job risk analysis
• Any future employment outcome, accuracy of predictions, or interpretation of results
• Any delay or change in the AI landscape beyond our control

We reserve the right to request evidence of the error prior to issuing a refund.

7. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Delivery is instant via on-screen download or automated email.

By purchasing, you:

• Request immediate fulfilment.
• Acknowledge loss of your statutory cooling-off rights.
• Understand that digital delivery is complete at the point access is provided.

8. LICENCE TO USE YOUR REPORT

When you purchase a digital report, WILLAI grants you a non-transferable, personal licence to view and use your report for your private, individual use only.

You may not:

• Share your report publicly.
• Post it on social media.
• Publish it online.
• Distribute it to third parties.
• Use it commercially.
• Reproduce or repurpose any part of it.

This is because the report contains:

• Proprietary analysis
• Personalised insights
• Copyrighted methodology
• Licensed data models

Breach of this licence may result in legal action.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property relating to WILLAI—including algorithms, assessments, reports, design, branding, copy, data models, visuals, scoring systems (PDI, ARQ), and digital products—is owned by or exclusively licensed to RED ROCKET LTD.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to the user.

10. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

WILLAI provides informational analysis, not professional advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• WILLAI does not provide financial advice.
• WILLAI does not provide legal, employment, or career advice.
• WILLAI does not guarantee job security or job outcomes.
• WILLAI does not guarantee accuracy of future predictions.
• AI technology changes rapidly and unpredictably.
• Economic, social, and market forces are outside the control of WILLAI.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the information provided.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, RED ROCKET LTD and its licensors shall not be liable for:

• Loss of employment or income
• Business interruption
• Future job market conditions
• Decisions made using WILLAI data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity
• Any inaccuracies caused by AI model limitations
• Delays, errors, or omissions in data or scoring
• Technical failures beyond our control

Total liability in relation to any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

12. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when completing assessments.
• Use reports only for personal purposes.
• Not misrepresent your results.
• Not misuse the platform or attempt to manipulate outcomes.

13. DATA AND METHODOLOGY

Your results are based on the WILLAI methodology, including:

• Task-level analysis of 922 occupations
• Assessment of 57,326 job tasks
• AI capability scoring
• Real-world AI adoption data
• Quarterly recalibration of all models and tasks

While the methodology is rigorous, it is inherently subject to:

• Rapid technological change
• AI model variability
• Global economic shifts
• Data limitations

You acknowledge and accept these limitations.

14. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free functionality
• Freedom from bugs or defects

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

15. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Misuse your report or distribute copyrighted material
• Attempt to harm or disrupt the service

Upon termination, your licence to use WILLAI materials is revoked.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

17. PRIVACY POLICY

WILLAI processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and governs how your data is collected, processed, stored, and used.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of WILLAI immediately.
